- DSG, MG Deadline: March 10, 2009 (to District)
- GSE Inbound Team, Philippines: Arrives April 13, 2009
- District Conference: April 30-May 3, 2009
- Club Officer and Member Training Assembly: May 16, 2009
- Uniendo Project Fair, Antigua, Guatemala – Jan 28-31
- Training Assembly April 17 in Washougal – two Sessions on WCS:
- Session One: “Go International” – do World Service in your Club, Find projects, Learn the ropes, figures, forms and resources available
- Session Two: WCS – How to be Effective, Focus & Collaborate; Promote WCS, and meet District Policies
- District Conference: May 21-23 in Welches – see District 5100 website.
